5.1 Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Green Lantern Pizza. 5.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our website, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Delivery fees, service charges, and any other applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete your order. You are responsible for all charges associated with your order, including taxes and applicable fees.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide to us and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information in compliance with applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
5.4 Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order at [email protected]. Refunds, credits, or replacements will be offered at our sole discretion, depending on the nature and circumstances of the complaint. The Green Lantern Pizza name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Green Lantern Pizza. You may not use any of our trademarks, service marks, or trade dress without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any of our Intellectual Property.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use solely to browse the website and place orders. This license does not include the right to:

Any unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property terminates the limited license granted under these Terms and may violate applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws, exposing you to civil and criminal penalties.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, feedback, photos, or other content to us through our website, social media channels, or any other means ("User Content"), you grant Green Lantern Pizza a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media for any lawful purpose, including promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation to you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN LANTERN PIZZA'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GREEN LANTERN PIZZA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Lantern Pizza and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You agree not to settle any matter without our prior written consent. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
12. Food Safety and Allergen Notice
Green Lantern Pizza is committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. We operate in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local food safety laws and regulations, including those enforced by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and applicable state and local health departments.
Our food products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to, wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, it is your responsibility to notify us before placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. We strongly encourage customers with severe allergies to exercise caution.
Consuming undercooked or raw meat, poultry, eggs, or seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness. If you have any concerns about food safety, please contact us before ordering.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, applications, or resources ("Third-Party Services") that are not owned or controlled by Green Lantern Pizza. Such links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, practices, terms of service, or any other aspect of any Third-Party Services.
We do not endorse or make any representations about Third-Party Services, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any Third-Party Services before using them. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Green Lantern Pizza shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of any Third-Party Services.
14. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy carefully.
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), where applicable, and the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act).
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of or related to them or our Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the applicable laws of the state in which Green Lantern Pizza is registered and operates, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services that is not subject to the arbitration provisions below shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction located in the state in which Green Lantern Pizza's principal place of business is located. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of such proceedings in those courts.
These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal law, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts and practices in commerce, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), and other applicable federal consumer protection statutes. For customers in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and California consumer protection laws also apply where relevant.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, we encourage you to contact us first to allow us an opportunity to resolve your concern informally. Please contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.
16.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution efforts fail, you and Green Lantern Pizza agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Services, or your use of our website (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except as otherwise provided herein. Arbitration is a method of resolving Disputes before a neutral arbitrator instead of in a court of law. YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION.
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and shall take place in the state where Green Lantern Pizza's principal place of business is located, or, at your option, by telephone, videoconference, or written submissions if the claim does not exceed a certain threshold as specified by the applicable AAA rules.
The arbitrator shall have authority to award any remedy that would be available in a court of law, but the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, MULTIPLE-PLAINTIFF, OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
16.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of that party's intellectual property rights. Small claims court actions may also proceed without arbitration if the claim qualifies.
17. Term and Termination
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you continue to access or use our website or Services, unless earlier terminated as provided herein.
We may, in our sole discretion, immediately terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services, with or without notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Your breach or violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Our receipt of a court order or other legal requirement directing us to do so.
- Your engagement in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other customers, employees, or the Company.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with our Services.
- Non-payment of any amounts owed to us.
You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by discontinuing access to our website and, if applicable, deleting your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
The following Sections shall survive termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
18. Changes to Terms
Green Lantern Pizza reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our Services, applicable laws, or for any other reason. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may, at our discretion, notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our website.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website or Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services immediately.
For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice where required by applicable law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable provision had never been included.
The parties agree that any court or arbitrator having jurisdiction may reform any such provision to give it maximum effect consistent with applicable law.
20. Entire Agreement and Waiver
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines, or agreements incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Lantern Pizza with respect to your use of our website and Services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any provision of these Terms shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Green Lantern Pizza. Any waiver shall not be construed as a waiver of any other provision of these Terms or of the same provision on any other occasion.
These Terms are not intended to, and shall not, create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between you and Green Lantern Pizza. You acknowledge that you are not an employee or agent of Green Lantern Pizza by virtue of these Terms or your use of our Services.
21. Force Majeure
Green Lantern Pizza shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms or in connection with our Services that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"), including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions or orders, labor strikes, power outages, internet service interruptions, supply chain disruptions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of such event, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
22. Electronic Communications and Consent
By using our Services or providing us with your email address or other contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, receipts, promotional emails, and other communications related to your use of our Services. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that even after opting out of promotional communications, you may still receive transactional communications related to your orders and account.
